Our veterinarian will travel to your home, within the coverage area, to assist with your pets peaceful transition. The base fee includes sedation/pain medication, peaceful euthanasia, and a paw print keepsake.
Coverage Area: Tracy, Modesto, Lathrop, Livermore, and Mountain House
Additional charges:
- Mileage outside the named areas
- Evenings (after 7 pm) and holiday appointments (when we are available)
- Aggressive pets
- Pets over 70 pounds
- Additional paw prints available at 45$ each
Cremation options
Private Cremation – Your pet will be cremated privately by Blue Creek Pet Cremation and their ashes will be transported or shipped to you about 7 to 10 days after your appointment. This crematorium was selected for their respectful handling of the entire process, and their multiple safeguards to make sure the right pet is in the right place at the right time. Please don’t hesitate to ask more about this process if you have questions or concerns. Additional urn

- 41-75 pounds: $230
- 76-100 pounds: $280

Communal Cremation – Your pet will be respectfully cremated by Blue Creek Pet Cremation communally with other pets and their ashes will be buried in a pet cemetery. No ashes will be returned
- 0-40 pounds: $120
- 41-75 pounds: $150
- 76-100 pounds: $180

- Due at time of service and can be taken care of prior to the appointment.
